AL  Mansour University College , A non profit Co-educational Institution  of higher education was founded in Baghdad in 1988 by academically distinguished members of the board of trustees with emphasis placed on quality University Education .

     It was accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, which is the sole accrediting authority in Iraq.

     The course programs and academic curricula are designed according to those adopted by UNESCO with the perception that education fuels the economy 

The university computing resources are based around over 350 personal computers ( Mostly P4 and P3 ) distributed over twelve laboratories  appropriate  to the level required to support

For nearly 40 years NCC Education has given students the opportunity to get an internationally recognized qualification by studying at one of our global net work for Accredited centers .
